Banner Churchill Community Hospital in Fallon, NV is looking for a Full Time Physical Therapist. BCCH, employing more than 400 healthcare professionals, has the most comprehensive array of medical services in the Lahontan Valley area. Our facility is located in Fallon, Nevada, a place of natural rustic beauty with a four-season climate that offers a recreational wonderland.

The physical therapist plans and administers physical therapy treatment programs for patients to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability following disease, burn, injury or loss of body part. The physical therapist must be able to accurately assess the patient's condition and to develop, implement and modify treatment programs that achieve maximum benefit to the patient.

Service excellence is demonstrated by consistently exhibiting the BHS Standards in the performance of the job.

Education/Experience:

The physical therapist must have a B. S. Or M.S. degree in physical therapy from an approved physical therapy school.

Technical Skills:

Ability to operate equipment related to physical therapy modalities. The physical therapist must have the manual strength and dexterity to work with patients in performing physical therapy modalities.

Other qualifications/certificate/ license:

Must be licensed in the State of Nevada, current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification and PPD testing. Behavioral Competencies: Support Churchill Community Hospital vision and mission. Maintain confidentiality of all work information.

Other: May be required to cover call, work holidays and other shifts as appropriate.
