STUDENT SERVICES DIRECTOR - COLUMBUS, OH



As a Student Services Director, your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Effectively resolve and/or escalate, when appropriate, student complaints/issues.
  • Constantly evaluate customer service and customer service perception; make changes to improve service.
  • Monitor operating expense budget for the department.
  • Hire, train, evaluate and supervise student services personnel.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree, advanced degree preferred.
  • Prior management of student personnel or services with progressively increased responsibilities in an educational setting.
  • General computer knowledge.
  • Must be customer service driven.
  • Ability to diffuse crisis situations and work within tight deadlines.
