Join our dedicated and talented team of individuals all focused on creating the best products in the marketplace. We currently have an opportunity in our Product Management Organization for an experienced Jr. Web Designer in our Glendale, CA offices.

We have a variety of Products in development that need your contribution as User Interface & Web/Graphic Designer. Are you comfortable creating user-interfaces and designs that adhere to stylistic, technical, and schedule specifications? Are you able to work on a variety of projects in a busy Product department, all the while maintaining overall company business goals? Do you understand user interaction on the web and mobile? Do you think about the user first, and know how to design clean and slick graphical concepts that don’t pose an obstacle between the users and their goals?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Report to Art Director

· Produce basic graphic sketches, designs, and copy layouts for Web and Mobile content

· Process images and graphics, and create backgrounds for Web / Mobile content

· Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

· Sometimes work in a supportive role for senior designers, taking their templates and finishing their production work

REQUIREMENTS

· 2 – 3 years of design experience in a fast-past internet environment

· An associate's degree or its equivalent, Art degree a plus

· Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects

· Fast learner with passion for Web and mobile technology

· Knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts

· Basic Photoshop, Illustrator and other graphic design software skills

· Detail-oriented, highly-motivated self-starter

· Good communications skills

· Experience with design across various types of media a plus
