QTI of Southeastern Wisconsin is currently recruiting for a non-profit organization in Racine for EXPERIENCED team leaders with prior manufacturing experience. Perform repetitive bench or line assembly and packaging operations within a manufacturing environment. Openings are 3rd shift (10:30pm- 7am), full time contract to hire opportunities. Applicants with previous leadership experience in manufacturing environment are needed immediately! Interested persons should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years experience in a manufactuing setting. Starting pay range is $10-12/hr (based on experience). * Must be able to keep accurate documentation and follow instructions
* Need to have at least 2 years of manufacturing & leadership experience
* Label, pack, and palletize material
* Occasional use of hand trucks

* Lift and carry a minimum of 40lbs
* Maintain a safe and orderly work environment
*Preferred-- forklift certifications
