FreightManager is a third party, non asset based, full truckload, transportation broker. We are seeking individuals from all points of the country interested in selling truck transportation services as a Home Based Independently Contracted Sales Agent (Load Coordinator).
Experience in the trucking industry is a definite plus, however not required.
As an independent business owner contracted representing Freight Manager you will be required to pay a $200 bond rider fee to gain usage rights to our existing Motor Carrier Operating Authority and Surety Bond. While FreightManager can not reasonably pay the bond rider fee for every applicant interested in this line of work, will will commit to refund your bond rider fee in full after transporting your 25th truckload.
We will mentor and train you in transportation sales, and account management. The training time required varies by individual, but can typically be accomplished within 3 to 5 days.

Load Coordinator – Home based, independently contracted commissioned sales rep. Position requires strong telephone sales, and the ability to clearly present transportation and logistic solutions using the FreightManager business method to a wide variety of shipping customers. Load Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the complete shipping process for the accounts they represent, from the original sales contact to the on time pick up and delivery of all tendered shipments. Travel is optional but not required.
Daily job duties include:
· Prospecting and making new sales calls each day
· Assist assigned customer base with load posting & problem solving
· Promote available load opportunity to truck capacity providers
· Monitor on line Check Calls to ensure on time pick up & delivery
Experience in trucking/transportation is not required. Every Load Coordinator is assigned an Area Sales Manager who is tasked with overseeing your day to day operations and providing you with direct on site sales visits to your customers.
There are no limits to your income opportunity. Load Coordinators earn 50% of the FreightManager net profit for every load transported and processed through FreightManager. Net profit is calculated by subtracting 3% of the gross revenue from the gross profit margin.
If the gross revenue of a truckload is $1725.00 and the payment to the carrier is $1500.00 then the Load Coordinator commission would be $86.63. Based on this calculation the following graph illustrates the potential income of a successful Load Coordinator.
