  • Motivating the staff

  • Quality and sanitation controls
  • Ordering, inventories, hiring, employee disciplining, performance reviews
  • Knowledge of P&L

The best candidate will have at least 1-year experience as a Sous Chef in a comparable environment ( $4 - $8 million in annual sales), and love to have fun at work!
