As an Inside Sales Trainee, you will be an advisor to our clients. Your job will be to question the customer regarding their communication needs and then present the correct wireless products and service plans to meet those needs. You will be assisting customers with purchases, taking payments, and resolving service issues. Your day will be a mixture of handling current clients, advising prospective clients and making outbound phone calls to secure new business. You will be expected to meet or exceed a monthly sales quota. For the first three months, Trainees will be given a ramp up period to reach full quota.
The ideal candidate will be aggressive, motivated and success-oriented. College degree preferred. One to two years previous selling experience preferred but will consider applicants with two years continuous work history AND at least six months of customer service experience.
We offer the opportunity to earn substantial commissions from day one. Successful reps are taking home $40,000+ annually between their base salary and monthly commissions!
