| | | | |  National Sales Roll-Out Project Manager - Affinity Description: Description of Position:
The AutoUSA Affinity Roll-out Manager is responsible for defining and managing the roll-out and ongoing details of the AutoUSA Affinity program. This is a selling role that will also be responsible for the building of a national dealer network. . The Affinity Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding the assigned monthly sales goals. This position requires extensive travel in excess of 50% and the ability to make presentations to larger groups of prospective dealerships.
Organizational Relationships: Position interacts with the entire inside and outside sales teams. and with dealership personnel.
Responsibilities: The specific responsibilities of this role are defined as: • Drive the development of exclusive Affinity geographical territories, product sales materials and reporting • Collaborates on the development of sales and marketing materials for prospective dealers • Coordinate rollout meetings in identified major markets. (Target 2 - 3 per month) • Identify, manage and build-out strategic markets/DMAs starting with the greatest areas of potential. • Generate and expand relationships with assigned customers and prospects to maximize revenue opportunities and minimize customer cancellations. • Consult with dealers to determine the business needs and the best utilization the products and services offered. • Work in conjunction with the Regional Manager, Account Manager and fellow Specialized Sales Managers and prioritize a customer/prospect list to focus on network growth and revenue potential. • Train existing sales staff on program • Establish and maintain open communication with Account Managers to retain dealers on core AutoUSA program and to prospect for additional business. • Maintain an ongoing list of deals pending opportunities to ensure all deals are worked thoroughly • Walk in cold call visits to identify prospective dealers • Tenacious follow up to close business • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals • Use SalesForce to track progress and identify opportunities for revenue and service • Weekly submission of expense reports • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Preferred • 5-10 years experience in B2B sales - Automotive industry preferred • College degree
Qualifications Mandatory • Extremely organized • Proven previous experience with a national program roll-out • Excellent problem-solving/decision-making and strategic thinking skills • Top performer with proven ability to lead a project and team • In depth knowledge of the internet and its competitive landscape, including rates and selling points for competition. • Exceptional communication skills (written, oral, and listening) • Excellent organizational, prospecting, canvassing/territory management skills • Ability to meet required deadlines while establishing and maintaining a strong presence in the market • Candidates must have a winning attitude and be able to work effectively in a self-motivated environment. • Comfortable communicating one on one or in small group settings • Able to communicate clearly with all levels of associates; sales team, accounting, administrative support. • Self-motivated, goal orientated and disciplined in work habits • Flexible and able to adjust to constant change • Excellent follow up skills • Good driving record and the ability to travel extensively
