DRS C3&Aviation seeks a Director of Operations for the Logistics Support Services Business Unit's in our Richmond, VA office. Supports and a cts on behalf of the VP in his absence. Works oversight and management of five divisional areas and contracts associated with these areas. Reviews financial data for monthly Operations Reviews and Program Management Reviews, oversees open contracting issues, oversees BU compliance with ISO requirements, assists and reviews efforts related to proposal submissions, interfaces with LOB staff, develops new business opportunties, and manages the BU staff . Knowledge of proposal preparation process and familiar with ISO Certification requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to shape and build new business. BA Degree w/10+ yrs exp. Proficient with MS Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and spreadsheet creation a must. Relocation negotiable. EEO M/F/D/V.
