Management Job Previews:
Assistant Manager - Job Preview (must have 1 year restaurant management experience)
- Assist the general manager with hiring processes and staffing decisions.
- Support sales efforts.
- Contribute to the success of the restaurant by managing operations according to Cosi standards, policies and procedures.
- Coordinate inventory control and management procedures, quality control projects and physical inventories.
- Assist with P&L reporting.
- Will be required to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
General Manager - Job Preview (must have 4 years of restaurant management experience)
- Professionally develop team members by conducting regular evaluations against defined expectations.
- Manage P&L reporting with specific focus on budget management and financial analysis.
- Maintain labor management costs.
- Review operations performance and productivity in accordance with goals and standards.
- Will be required to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
