Position Description:
We're seeking an outgoing team-player, preferably with CRM knowledge, to join our Minnetonka team as a Business Analyst. In this position, you would have the flexibility to build personalized best practices that would improve department processes and flow. Our new Business Analyst will work with our sales applications and stakeholders, participate in issues management, and gather requirements from our business partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supports our business partners and end users through issue management, resolution, verification, training, and communication
- Understands the system to provide end user support, answer questions, and act as SME
- Leads sessions with super users to empower, train, and communicate system updates
- Evaluates, interprets and analyzes data and business process to confirm system operates efficiently and effectively
- Develops and implements effective business solutions through research, audit and analysis of data and/or business processes
- Participates in user acceptance testing as needed
- Gathers business requirements by working with stakeholders to understand needs
- Conducts various studies that may include analyzing, reviewing, trending, presenting information for management needs
- Evaluates and presents information in a manner that will facilitate management's understanding of the results and impact
- May recommend, implement documentation, evaluate and / or maintain policies, procedures and controls
- Performs other related duties as required or assigned

Qualifications Qualifications:
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- 1 year - Business Analyst experience
- 3 years - Demonstrated experience interacting with internal/external clients (end-users, business partners, management, etc)
- 1+ years - Experience researching and analyzing data
- Bachelors's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience facilitating and training is a plus
