Applicants must have a Master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the discipline of interest (unless otherwise noted). IT professionals with hardware/ software certifications, i.e., CCNA, A+, MSCE, MCDST, etc. Business Management, taxation, entrepreneurship, collections Health care areas such as Pharmacy Tech, Patient Advocacy, Medical Transcription Bilingual Computer Instructor -Requires: Minimum 2 years experience conducting teaching/training Basic Computer Skills and Microsoft Office applications in English and translate in Spanish as needed. Supervisory/Leadership skills Instructor- Requires: 3-5 years work experience, minimum of 2 years experience conducting teaching/training in Supervisory and/or Leadership skills (e.g. Coaching, Conflict Resolution, high performance teams, managing customer service, problem solving/critical thinking) Train-the-Trainer/Facilitator Training Instructor - Requires: 3-5 years work experience, minimum of 2 years experience conducting teaching/training individuals to be trainers and/or facilitators. Northwest Vista College also has opportunities for tutors in English, Reading, Math, and Sciences. Preferred requirement is a Bachelor's degree in the discipline. Minimum requirements are completion of the course to be tutored and a minimum GPA of 2.75.
