Volt Workforce Solutions has a contract position available as a Bilingual Greeter who is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Position Overview:

• Greeting the customers
• Assisting customers with signing into the Queuing system
• Working with children – i.e. handing out coloring pages, giving out balloons, etc.
• Speaking to customers about the product of the day/week
• Pre-selling, if possible
• Answering basic questions – i.e. providing “Crowd Control”
• “Demo-ing” products while customers wait

They have been providing unlimited service for over 10 years, to more than 4 million customers nationwide. They deliver leading-edge mobile phones, nationwide coverage, and the latest features such as mobile web, downloadable games, popular ringtones, wallpapers and more.

This is an estimated one-month contract position, through Volt Workforce Solutions - a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, based in Charlotte, NC. We are among the largest IT staffing companies in the US for contract/temporary and direct hire placements and support most of the top rated IT companies in the Southeast.

Required Skills for this Bilingual Greeter position include the following:

• Must be able to speak both English AND Spanish
• One (1) year of Customer Service experience
• 1-2 years of overall experience required
