Job Description:
The Strategic Partner Manager is responsible for the daily administration of our top-tier publisher clients. You will manage the entire client relationship, helping to ensure that we meet our optimization goals and deliver outstanding service to our publishers. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for all operational aspects of the client’s account and ad network accounts, including planning, performance, troubleshooting, optimization, and reporting.
Specific duties include:
• Manage and develop client relations in the early stages, from account setup to launch
• Manage day-to-day contact with top-tier clients, troubleshoot, resolve and/or escalate potential issues while keeping an eye on performance
• Optimize, track and analyze performance
• Staying on top of key accounts to ensure publisher satisfaction
Requirements
• 1 + years in an ad trafficking / ad operations
• 1+ years in a client-facing service role
• Strong knowledge of ad servers
• Knowledge of ad networks and the online advertising industry in general
• Willing and able to take full ownership of clients and their questions/issues
• Success in fast-paced environments, especially juggling multiple client deadlines
• Strong process, management, and analytical skills
• Flexible, startup mindset

• Capacity to work with all teams, including sales, marketing, business development, product management, and engineering
• Strong written and oral communication skills
