We are seeking a licensed Rehab Program Manager to join our team at:

Bride Brook Health and Rehabilitation Center

23 Liberty Way, Niantic , CT 06537

Bride Brook, located in the coastal community of Niantic, is a Blue Ribbon Facility with a 5-Star Medicare rating and excellent survey history. The ACP Program with Modalities; large, spacious gym with patio; and brand new transitional apartment with full kitchen all lends themselves to the Rehab Department’s team-centered approach to therapy.

Pierce Manor

Pierce Manor is an active chamber member that sponsors many school activities, provides community service (Meals on wheels for senior center on a weekly basis and members of Alzheimer’s memory walk committee & heart walk committee).

With an ACP Program in place including Modalities: Electrotherapy, Therapeutic Ultrasound, Shortwave Diathermy and electrode systems. We provide outpatient therapy with an average of 3 patients per day. We have good survey history, a 5-Star Medicare rating, ambassador program and an Alzheimer’s unit. The staff and management have several years of experience and longevity with facility.

Qualified Candidates must possess:

  • Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree as is applicable for the discipline
  • Licensure (or eligibility) in state if applicable
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with lots of variety
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ideal candidates will have a desire to work with geriatric

patients in a skilled care environment. SNF experience a plus.
