The Registered Nurse is responsible for the development and implementation of direct patient care under the provisions of the Mass. State Practice Act. RNs utilize the nursing process and collaborate with other health care disciplines to deliver holistic health care to our residents. The RN assesses and delegates appropriate assignments to LPNs and unlicensed personnel; requirements include current a current RN MA licensure, CPR certification required, medical/surgical experience, flexibility and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
