Electronics Sales Manager
An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Sales Representative with a world-leading provider of specialty electronic connectors in the military, medical, and industrial industries. The ideal candidate will be located in the Georgia/Florida Regions.
Job Description
- Expand sales growth within a large territory on the West Coast
- Plan and implement a strategic plan to meet both short-term and long-term sales goals
- Broaden client base and develop detailed customer profiles
- Manage and direct sales personnel within the assigned region
- Communicate with the Director of Sales regarding implementation and progress of strategic sales plans
- Oversee the introduction of new or customized products into the marketplace.
- Create Budget, Forecasting and Sales Objectives for the Sales Department within the Region
- Efficiently provide correspondence with all clients to sustain and grow client relationships
- Analyze the field sales division for areas that need change, as well as provide solutions
- Inform management of new product opportunities
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 3 years experience with electrical connectors (preferably in the military, medical, and industrial industries or fields)
- 5 Years Outside Sales Experience
- Experience in managing a sales team
- Background working with management to create and implement strategies to meet sales goals
