This position is accountable for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating methods and processes of education and training for meeting employee and physician learning needs for enhancing job performance and competency. Graduate of an accredited program. BSN degree required, Masters degree preferred in related field. RN Licensure. AHA BLS Certification required, AHA BLS Instructor Certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience in acute care, medical surgical and/or critical care. Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook required. Working knowledge of MAC and Invision preferred. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Effective interpersonal skills. Evidence of leadership experience.. Evidence of teaching experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Medium Work - Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving objects, including the human body, weighing 21 to 50 pounds occasionally, and/or 11 to 20 pounds frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds constantly

Full time Mostly Monday - Friday, days, some evenings, nights, week-ends
