CPI Corp, owner and operator of Sears Portrait Studios and Picture Me! Studios in Wal-Mart, is the leading portrait studio operator in North America with over 60 years of portrait photography expertise. We offer photographic services in over three thousand locations in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico. Currently, we are seeking experienced Bilingual Help Desk Technicians. The Help Desk Technician is instrumental in providing efficient and professional technical support of photographic and computer systems for CPI field operations.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Work with CPI field personnel in our Sears Portrait Studios and Wal Mart PictureMe studios to handle trouble calls and reports concerning specific aspects of our photographic and technical systems
  • Enter data to document all problems and actions taken to resolve trouble calls
  • Provide immediate and on-going follow-up with field locations on outstanding trouble calls
  • Supply feedback and make suggestions to IT management regarding recurring trouble areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service during all trouble calls
  • Able to fluently speak and write Spanish

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two-year degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or have equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in a call center environment is a plus
  • Experience with Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, and DOS is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
