 | Business Development Manager Job Description:
Responsibilities This position will be responsible for all aspects of developing new business with NSI agencies, including multi-platforms sales. Responsible for creating interest in network specials, local events, A La Mano, and Telemundo sports properties. Other aspects of this job include, but are not limited to, developing and maintaining new and existing advertising agency revenue, new local direct business, creating new revenue stream, as well as utilizing marketing tools, and preparing and delivering presentations. Participation in station special events is required.
Signature: ~HJ~~CB~ Qualifications Minimum 5 years of solid media sales experience (both General Market & Spanish Language required)
Sales experience at the agency and direct customer level which includes experience generating new business/NTR revenue.
Minimum 2 years working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Desired Bachelor's Degree
Fluency in Spanish-language preferred
Qualified candidates should have self-motivation, resourcefulness and creativity
Working knowledge of broadcast ratings and research preferred
Ability to handle deadline pressure
Be a team player, willing to share knowledge and affect team growth
Strong platform skills and very solid selling skills.
Internet experience and knowledge of its workings preferred.
Proven sales track record, by meeting or exceeding previous sales expectations, proven ability to generate new business/NTR revenue at the agency and direct customer level.
