THERAPIST/CASE MANAGER: Your title will depend on your qualifications!!!

Work with all age levels - children, adolescents, and adults - who may be experiencing a serious and persistent mental illness, substance abuse disorder, or are dually diagnosed. Responsibilities include: crisis intervention, assessment, counseling, treatment planning, case management, outpatient therapy, and client-centered consultation. Masters degree in a relevant human service field, plus certification or licensure within 2 years, is highly recommended. Or, you can work with the same population with a minimum Bachelor's degree in social science related field - your job changes slightly.

All Heritage positions require valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable means of transportation. In addition, criminal and DCFS background checks, and pre-employment drug test are required prior to employment.
