GENERAL MANAGERS

IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE

• Must have previous General Management experience with similar sales volume.
• Solid references verifying successful management progression.
• Proven Profit & Loss knowledge and accountability.
• Ability to motivate and develop unit managers and staff resulting in improved operations,sales and net profits.
• Leadership and skill ability in additional areas of restaurant management: equipment operations, cash controls, human resource requirements, local store marketing and approved community relations programs.
• High School Diploma (college a plus)

ASSISTANT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

• The ability to assist management in motivating and developing all staff members.
• Support management team in controlling objectives concerning inventory, cash controls, equipment cleanliness and building maintenance.
• Adhere to company standards, policies and procedures.
• Previous restaurant experience with additional responsibilities preferred.
