CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVES
FULL AND PART TIME

Specialty Catalog Crop.,the nations leading catalog retailer for wigs, hairpieces and fashion accessories is seeking telesales representatives for positions in our inbound Contact Center.

We are looking for strong performers to assist us. We select only candidates with a desire to deliver exceptional customer service. Solid sales skills, strong communication skills and previous experience in a Contact Center (Call Center) environment are preferred.

We have both full time and part time positions available with flexible afternoon and evening hours. Working either Saturday or Sunday is part of your required shift.

Training classes will begin in November with additional classes scheduled through to January. As noted, there are several shifts available. Our business is growing and, as a result, we need many
