SWHP Sr. Director of Finance

Temple, TX

You will develop and maintain HMO-wide financial transactions, including financial planning, control, accounting and reporting policies and practices. This includes analyzing financial results and providing management with reports regarding the institution's financial performance and the financial effect of business plans and strategies. Responsible for work assignments, hiring/firing and performance evaluations of assigned staff.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree and CPA preferred. Ten years or more experience required in Healthcare and/or managed care, including previous management experience. Proficiency with MS Office applications required. In addition, required experience includes knowledge of GAAP and Statutory accounting (SAP).
