Customer Service Representatives respond to incoming customer contacts from our clients' customers.

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you'll handle inbounds calls to assist customers in one or more of the following industries: Consumer Products, Consumer Electronics, Government or Telecommunication. Depending on the area you're supporting, you'll help customers with product setup and installations, warrantee questions, troubleshooting, placing orders, selling products and saving sales - or simply offer basic customer service. AFFINA will provide all the training you'll need.

We also have openings for individuals who are fluent in both Spanish and English languages!!

AFFINA offers a business casual work environment where you can wear BLUE JEANs any day of the week!

Full-time and Part-time openings.

For consideration qualified candidates must have:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • customer service skills
  • data entry and basic PC skills
  • effective communication skills
  • problem solving skills
  • Internet navigation experience

AFFINA offers a comprehensive total compensation packages which includes:

  • $8.50 to $9.25 per hour starting wage depending on program
  • $10.50 to $11.25 per hour for Bilingual representatives
  • Premium when scheduled to work Saturday
  • 2 performance reviews in first year with merit increases
