Senior Financial Analyst
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the
coordination of the Company’s business annual business plan and any interim
forecasts. The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the timely analysis
of the Company’s financial results on a monthly, quarterly and annual
basis. Assists the Manager FP&A in keeping the executive management team
informed in order to make proper business decisions.
A results-driven individual, you’ll find yourself involved
in:
- Assist in the development and modification of operational
budgets and forecasts
- Ensure that generally accepted accounting principles are
properly applied to all budgeting activities.
- Provide financial support to all areas of management in their
efforts to budget and forecast for their departments
- Prepare reports, as necessary, for presentation to executive
management
- Analyze financial results on a timely basis to ensure informed
business decisions are made. Analysis should be against plan, prior year and
forecast
- Assist in the roll-up and analysis of product line P&L’s
for the company, constantly striving to improve the reporting
capabilities
- Aid in the Cash Forecasting and Treasure Functions of the
organization
- Serve as a financial representative on any number of teams /
task forces throughout the Company, constantly striving to improve the reporting
capabilities.

- Provide limited supervisory skills where required
- Other related duties as assigned by the Manager – FP&A or
other Company Leaders
We’re looking for an insightful, persistent fact-finder and
forecaster with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7 to 10 years of accounting or finance experience
- Limited travel as required
- CPA certification preferred
- 2 to 4 years Big 4 public accounting experience desired.
- Thorough knowledge of financial planning and analysis trends
and techniques, including proven success in such a role at well established
companies
- Track record of participating in successful team
environments
- The ability to provide meaningful analysis of transactions and
business result is a must
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Effective interaction skills with all levels of an
organization
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and data mining
- Self-starter with strong work ethic
