Flat Top Grill has an extensive training program that will make you one of the most effective managers in the industry. We believe in a balanced lifestyle for our managers. We teach our managers how to effectively manage their responsibilities in the restaurant and their personal life. Flat Top Grill managers work five day work weeks. We offer specific areas of responsibilities for our managers which provide an organized, disciplined work environment. FTG managers "own" their specific cost centers and attain a complete working knowledge of the financial and operational aspects of their position.
In addition to store level manager meetings, Flat Top Managers enjoy monthly one-on-one developmental meetings with their General Manager, and Monthly Summit meetings with their peers. You will be working directly with the Leaders of the company on a regular basis, and you will play an integral part in the growth of Flat Top Grill!
General Manager candidates will have a minimum of 2 years General Management experience in a full service restaurant, natural leadership abilities, and a proven track record of developing their people. General Managers will lead by example in providing a disciplined, energetic, fun environment for their fellow managers and partners!
