Software Business Analyst: Coppertree Staffing

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in developing Use Cases, Specifications and UML models for software product companies. In this role, you will have heavy interaction with the software consumers in developing the requirements for a successful software product and will play a key role in the success of the project

Required skills and experience:

· 5+ years applicable experience in Business Analysis for software systems;

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

· Excellent time management and organization skills;

· Demonstrated ability to quickly understand and convey new and complex businesses and industries;

· Experience eliciting and developing full-lifecycle requirements artifacts including Use Case Models, Use Case Specifications, User Stories, Supplementary Specifications, structural and dynamic UML models, and user-interface prototypes;

· Experience with (or thorough understanding) of the RUP or other Agile software development methodologies;

· Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience;

· Experience with Six Sigma, a plus.
