ROLE: This position is responsible for all aspects of the Talent Acquisition process within assigned groups of the TD AMERITRADE organization. Provides end-to-end solutions for assigned clients in order to satisfy short-term and long-term staffing needs and recruits skilled professionals according to position specifications. RESPONSIBLITES Partner with Business Units to assess, determine and fill Human Capital needs Facilitate the Talent Acquisition process in designated locations Conduct recruiting and placement activities for assigned business units Act as an end-to-end resource on assigned positions in order to identify strategic as well as transactional staffing needs Clearly define and obtain position requirements, and gather information regarding group environment, culture, etc., to ensure proper candidate suitability Conduct searches for candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to: online searches, Internet postings, job/career fairs, internal database searches, local colleges, referrals and resumes Provide information about TD AMERITRADE to candidates and promote benefits of a career with TD AMERITRADE Determine candidate suitability by evaluating commitment, negotiating compensation package, assessing relevant experience, education, skills and other qualifications to help determine pay, etc. Compile new hire packets and conduct background screenings as necessary Coordinate and assist in scheduling interviews, including candidate interview preparation and debriefing Track individual recruiting activity including resumes received, interviews conducted, number of hires, etc. Experience: REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree preferred with 3 plus years experience in a high volume recruiting environment. Financial Services recruiting experience is a plus. Experience in simultaneously handling multiple positions (8-15 minimum) A strong sense of urgency is required. We will be hiring large numbers of people within a short time frame. Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking software Proven negotiation skills are a must Requires excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with candidates/clients at all levels Requires ability to effectively multi-task and function in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment TD AMERITRADE is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
