POSITION OVERVIEW

“Special People Doing a Special Job”

Assists and provides for resident in the activity of daily

living in accordance to the individualized plan of care.

SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

High School education, must have 100 hour course or be grandfathered.

Clinical experience provided by an approved 100 hour nurses aide course.

Must be New York State Certified or deemed "waived".
