SUMMARY Responsible for driving the development and implementation of the organization’s package development function, supplier quality management program, and the imports/international assurance program. This position interfaces directly with internal business units on behalf of the Quality Services Organization. Additionally, this position is responsible for playing an integral role in ensuring that the organization delivers new packaging options which meet recognized consumer needs, while guaranteeing that ingredients, supplies and imported products are managed to reduce total risk and drive organizational cost savings.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Develops, coaches and mentors subordinate staff. Conducts performance evaluations; recommends salary adjustments; rewards employees or takes disciplinary action, as necessary; addresses complaints and resolves issues.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or GED. • Bachelor's of Science degree plus 8 years of manufacturing/production quality service experience to include 4 years of leadership/management experience. • Available to travel internationally when required. • Vision necessary to identify quality issues with product and materials.
