Here’s how it works:

First, you can personally produce. For every funded loan we will pay you up to 80%, one of the most lucrative compensation splits in the industry. Even closing as little as four loans a month can pay you between $8,000 and $9,000. That’s a six figure income in itself.

Second, you can recruit and manage others who will produce for you. For every loan that your employees close you can make as much as 30%. If you brought five people into the business that only close two loans a month each you could make $8,060 a month. Most Sales Managers in the mortgage industry don’t make that much from twice as many people.

Third, you can do both. You can personally produce and recruit others who will produce for you. This option offers you the greatest income potential. In the conservative scenarios above this combination approach would amount to more than $200,000 a year. Now just imagine if you could close more than four loans a month or recruit more than five people. The income potential is basically unlimited.

Outside Sales Group

1. Make local sales calls, build referrals and work internet leads.

2. Commission splits up to 80% depending on experience.

Inbound Call Center Group

1. Inbound calls from call center.

2. 40 hours work week with set schedule.

3. Must have extensive experience working internet leads.

4. Must have W2’s & paychecks stubs showing at least $60K earnings.

5. 10 closed loans per month expected.

6. 33% commission $20K revenue and up.

7. 22% commission $20K revenue and lower

8. Calls provided free of charge.

INBOUND CALL CENTER PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Amerisave has a unique position open that allows you to receive inbound calls while you work from the convenience of your own home or anywhere. Using VOIP technology you can connect to our phone system from your home and it's just like working in our Atlanta office. This position is known as our Inbound Call Center Position.

The majority of the calls you would receive are from internet lead providers such as LowerMyBills and LendingTree. Our telemarketing team calls these customers, screens them, and then transfers the good leads to our loan officers. We provide these call transfers for FREE.

We have loan officers converting these leads at astronomical rates. Due to the success of this program, we are going to start two to three new teams! Currently, we have more calls than we have LOs to take them, and we can generate plenty more calls with the thousands of leads we buy each month!

You do not want to miss out on this opportunity if you are qualified to join this team! You will get approximately 10 transfers a day (equivalent to about 30 internet leads). A good sales person can sell about one loan per day.

You will be paid 22% up to 20k and then 33% after you surpass 20k. If you can submit 1 deal per day, then here is a breakdown of your month.

Totaling $21,100/ month!

So what's the catch: Our requirements are very strict for this program. If you do not qualify right now, you can work for Amerisave under our Outside Sales Program. Once you prove yourself there, you can join the Inside Call Center Program.

Inside Call Center Program Requirements:

To qualify for this position you must have w2's/paycheck stubs totaling over 60k for 2006 or 2007. The position you held while earning over $60K must be a call center type position where your primary source of business was making outbound calls to customers or receiving inbound calls from customers. If your business was primarily realtor or builder referrals, you would not qualify for this position until you have proven yourself in our Outside Sales Program. If you worked for a big company with 500 or more loan officers and you handled internet leads exclusively and were paid about $200 per loan, then we can make an exception to the $60K minimum income.
