Qualifications

Greif, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Marketing and Brand Development. The successful candidate will grow our retail business and lead the efforts of our sales team and consultants. Experience selling to retail marketers is a must! Sales responsibility for assigned strategic global accounts, including pricing, developing contacts and relationships, maintaining existing business and developing new business opportunities. Interface with local Account Managers to develop optimal strategies.

Major Responsibilities

1.Maintains long-term relationships with strategic global accounts by focusing on customer satisfaction.

2.Develops new opportunities with strategic global accounts.

3.Works with Greif Management to develop strategies/pricing for assigned strategic global accounts.

4.Develops contracts which encompass Greif¿s breath of product offering with assigned strategic global accounts.

5.Travels to assigned strategic global account locations. May interface with local Account Managers.

6.Communicates/interfaces with Greif Manufacturing plants which serve strategic global accounts.

7.Completes required sales-related paperwork.

Education

Bachelors Degree required.

Experience

5 plus years sales experience required. Experience with strategic accounts preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make and close sales. Good knowledge of computer hardware and related software. Proven ability to develop and maintain business relationships. Travel is required.
