Take customer calls in regards to Cell Backhaul and other products.

Troubleshoot issues that are generated by EMS and Spectrum to resolution

Troubleshoot issues that are reported by customer, affiliate, or other sources to resolution in regards to the Cell Backhaul and other products.

Setup dispatch and troubleshoot issues with local field operations to resolve customer/network related issues in regards to Cell Backhaul products and other products.

Direct efforts so as to maintain service Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) within regional or contractual standards

Able to train Tier I & II as and when required

Create processes and procedure for Tier I and II for troubleshooting and ticket management as it may require

Ensure all EMS's are upgraded to the proper code

Ensure that the NOC is seeing all appropriate logs and alarms from equipment that are in production

Work with IT to make appropriate improvements to the systems we use to improve NOC productivity, effectives, and efficiency.


Required Skills:
Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

Required CCNA Certification

3 to 6 years of experience in Telecommunication or related industry

Full Understanding of PC applications i.e. Word, Excel, E-mail

Strong written skills - verbal and interpersonal

Respond to changes in workload and/or focus of work by modifying actions to suit business needs

Able to perform to NOC standards/performance

Punctual, regular and consistent attendance

Other responsibility as assigned

Self-initiative, flexibility, teamwork, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Work as a team
