ERP Change Management Consultant (JD Edwards 9.0 implementation): Clarity Consultants

We are working with a large electronics engineering and manufacturing client in locating a Change Management Consultant to develop a comprehensive plan for the implementation of JD Edwards 9.0. The client is currently running a number of financial reporting systems and will be converting to a common JD Edwards 9.0 business systems environment across the organization, which will enhance the “Lean Operating System” and consolidate financial reporting through a common general ledger.

In this role, you will:

• Work with client to make recommendations and create a comprehensive plan for JD Edwards 9.0 Change Management.
• Communicate with a variety of stakeholders and ensure that the Change Management plan is closely aligned with the JD Edwards Implementation Plan.

Project deliverables will include:

• Planning and Initiation
• Analysis
• Assessments
• Training
• Communication Plans (JD Edwards 9.0 initiative communication and awareness plan for managers and associates)
• Go Live Support
• Post Go-live support

Requirements:

§ Masters Degree in Organizational Development or similar field required

§ 10+ years experience in Organizational Change Management

§ 5+ years experience in Change Management related to the design and creation of job roles and changes to existing jobs roles that result from a technology change

§ 5+ years experience with ERP systems

§ Familiarity with JD Edwards 7.33 and 9.0

§ Knowledge of Oracle User Productivity Kit

§ Familiarity with Lean Operating System environments

§ Knowledge of “Best Practices” for ERP Change Management initiatives

§ Some Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle methods

Start Date: Within the next 30 days

Duration: 40 hours per month for an estimated period of 18-24 months

Location: Southern Texas (regional candidates preferred). Qualified candidates nationwide will be considered. Travel expenses to and from the client site for remote consultants will be paid for by the client should a non-local candidate be chosen.
