Administrative Paralegal will provide administrative, secretarial, and paralegal support to the USTA Legal Department, Professional Tennis. Duties include providing complete secretarial and administrative legal support include heavy phone contact, filing, typing, scheduling, and transcription. Drafting, reviewing, analyzing, and distributing agreements requested for the Professional Tennis division and assisting Coordinator of Contract Compliance with maintaining case files for the department.

QUALIFICATIONS/OTHER:
• Minimum 2 years secretarial/administrative experience in a legal department (firm or corporate in-house)
• Minimum 1 year of paralegal experience (paralegal certificate preferred)
• College degree preferred
• Exceptional organization skills with strong multi-tasking abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
•Exceptional writing skills and ability to draft correspondence with attention to detail
• Strong computer skills including command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Type – 55 WPM+
• Candidate must have the ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment, and must have the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Candidate must be a team player who is not afraid to roll up his/her sleeves to get the job done.
