COLLECTION AGENTS

We are seeking dynamic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results!

The Collection Agent contacts customers to analyze customer needs, negotiate payment arrangements and offer payment alternatives and solutions.

Essential Functions:

· Analyze a customer’s financial situation and offer the best payment solutions to meet bank objectives.

· Ensure adherence to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, other compliance regulations, and Juniper security policies.

· Perform consistently to meet performance standards set by the department.

· Participation in monthly management roundtables and feedback sessions.

· Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned

Experience and Skills Required:

· College graduate preferred but not required; must have a high school diploma or GED in order to be considered

· Collections experience preferred, but will train the right person

· Bank or credit card call center experience a plus

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Must have above average computer knowledge including 35 wpm typing skills and computer skills in MSExcel, MSWord, Operating systems, etc.

· Multi-tasking skills required to assist the customer and work in the computer systems in a timely and efficient manner

· Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
