- Strategic and Tactical Planning:
- Lead the Commercial Business area of Healthcare Solutions in developing and executing a strategic growth plan
- Perform market analyses for targeted market space
- Work to develop/integrate Healthcare Solutions Enterprise Framework into Commercial offerings
- Ensure market relevance of commercial products pursuits, proposals and IR&D to meet orders/profit objectives
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding share of addressable market.
- New business tactical planning:
- Enterprise solutions / digital content management experience
- Function Organization and Processes
- Achieve Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Growth Plan orders, sales, and profit objectives
- Process driven business development / program execution: Execution, effectiveness of ID, qualification, pursuit, pre-proposal and proposal processes in accordance with the Business Acquisition Process
- Managing the B&P, direct sell and department budget for Commercial business
- Account manager development and leadership
- Managing and maintaining the Program Metrics, BOL, related processes
- Effectively make decisions regarding the profitability and achievability of pursuits
- Hire, train, evaluates, motivate, and develop commercial program and account managers
- Ability to communicate in a thorough, clear, and timely manner which supports information sharing and goal achievement. Skilled at formal presentations.
- Can operate effectively in collaborative and directive business environment and able to develop broad, cooperative relationships with diverse stakeholders and achieve results even with limited direct authority.
- Customer Intimacy:
- Knowledge of Commercial Healthcare Imaging and IT markets
- Strong relationships with leaders of large hospital independent delivery networks / large Healthcare IT primes.
- Able to provide/reinforce the credibility and commitment of Harris at appropriate executive levels in commercial customer community
- Ability / experience deploying federal solutions into commercial sector
- Ability to organize / coordinate customer visits with Industry Associations.
- Experience with healthcare IT industry procurement processes and experience building C-Suite executive relationships
- Develop / execute customer intimacy strategies for targeted markets / clients
- Maintian Executive Customer contact database
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- 15 years or more experience in healthcare IT or a related field
- 5 years of Strategic Management / Leadership in Commercial Health IT
- Demonstrated ability to screen and develop business plans for and successfully introduce health care products into the commercial market place
- US Citizenship

- MBA
- PMP Certification
- Ability to communicate in a thorough, clear, and timely manner which supports information sharing and goal achievement. Skilled at formal presentations.

- Work will require interaction / engagement with Military Health programs requiring a security clearance.
- Travel requirements ~50%
