· Employee orientation and on-the-job skills training and employee development

· Labor Relations, especially from the standpoint of prevention of unionization

· Employee safety and accident prevention programs and related OSHA regulations and requirements

Required Job-Related Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills: Write to the reader in a clear, concise and correct manner that does not require someone else to correct mistakes in content or context, including grammar, spelling, punctuation. Speak to an audience (one-on-one or groups) with generally accepted good oral-presentation skills.

Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. AS400 experience helpful, but not required

Organized and orderly, good attention to detail, credible in only two areas: everything said and everything done.

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Bachelor Degree required.
