Facility: Lexington Healthcare Center is a 100-bed facility with a large rehab team and excellent short term rehab program. Great retention rate for all rehab staff. This center serves a mixed population of short-term rehab patients and long-term residents.
Opportunity: Lexington Healthcare Center has an opportunity for a Occupational Therapist, licensed in NC, to join our rehab team in providing post-acute rehabilitation to a diverse population: geriatric as well as younger managed care patients. Job Description: Evaluates residents, develops effective treatment plans, and obtains approval for service from the referring physician. Treats residents according to physician's treatment plan. Participates in discharge planning. Records evaluation, treatment, and charges. Supervises Occupational Therapist Assistants and aides.
