Job Description
•Managing and coordinating all activities under your control
•Control and evaluate the paint process and determine the optimum operating parameters
•Plan and introduce parameter changes for material and application facilities to meet and exceed company goals and objectives for the paint quality
•Plan and introduce guidelines to prevent faults in the application process
•Continuously analyze the paint process as well as any quality problems and implement and evaluate corrective measures
•Produce standard reports and present to paint shop management
•Guiding, evaluating and supporting employees
•Guaranteeing that production is on schedule and with the required quality
•Coordinating and tracking dates for the paint quality
•Providing instruction and guidance about techniques and regulations to meet the company paint quality requirements
•Cooperation with Health & Safety and audit teams
Job Requirements
Years of experience: 3-5 years

Work flexibility (travel requirements, work schedule, etc.): Travel – 10-70% initially, 5-10% after SOP (Start of Production). Work schedule – Will vary based on project progress and initiatives.
