Positions also in Hayward, Ca. ......Fri & Sat 11:30 pm to 7:30 am, and to be on-call as needed for the rest of the week. This is a part time on-call as needed for the rest of the week. This is a part time.

About Our Citrus Heights facility: The program is a six bed crisis residential facility serving Kaiser members. Clients participate in a structured program for 5-7 days with the aim of stabilizing a current mental health crisis. It’s a 24 hr. step down alternative from the hospital.

Under the supervision of the Program Administrator, the MHRW would participate in the planning, development, implementation, evaluation and promotion of a 6-bed crisis residential treatment facility for psychiatrically acute or sub-acute adults who require 24-hour supervision and intense structure. The program's primary goal is to divert clients from hospitalization or act as an alternative to hospitalization and to provide assessment. The primary responsibility of a MHRW is to provide counseling services (milieu, group, individual) within the therapeutic milieu using social rehabilitation principles in a community-based setting. This is a non-exempt position.

This position requires flexibility for the 24 hr. facility for Casa Willow..

Requirements: Minimum of two years experience in mental health, social services. working with adolescents and families. BA in psychology /social services, preferred.

Valid California Driver's License; good driving record. Proof of current auto insurance. Ability to pass DOJ fingerprints.
