Corsair is looking to expand our Sales Support Team located in Fremont, California. Sales Support Representatives (SSR’s) have overall responsibility for opening and managing customer support cases, processing part orders, supporting all incoming requests for customers and sales force, be proactive and managing other non-technical areas of support. We are looking for energetic, outgoing, detail oriented people who enjoy working in a fast pace, ever changing environment. Your ability to multi-task, be professional and follow through on tasks to completion while keeping an extremely high level of customer satisfaction is a essential!
Key Sales Support Functions:
· Daily interactions with Corsair’s top accounts · Assist sales with locating & prospecting new potential accounts o Requires ability to cold call · Assist with implementing new deals and promotions · Assist with follow through on pending deals and promotions · Consistently review customer’s active Corsair product listings o Ensure the right products are being sold at each account o Ensure new products are sku’d and stocked quickly o Ensure obsolete products are removed/sold through accordingly · Maintain & manage customer stock levels o Review for price protection, over stock and credit claims o Provide detailed analysis to sales & management on weekly basis · Manage customer PO requests o Drive RFQ requests and approvals with sales and marketing o Review & Confirm incoming PO requests o Process approved PO requests as needed o Coordinate daily shipments with planning/shipping o Communicate availability & order status with customers o Backlog management o Coordinate special requirements accordingly o Assist customer with lost/damaged package claims · Reporting (Excel & PowerPoint) o Assist with daily/weekly/monthly sales report updates o Generate new data tracking reports o Present data in daily/weekly/monthly meeting · RMA Requests o Review and approve requests for RMA o Supply RMA# and return instructions as needed · Interaction with finance o Review & assist with payment when necessary o Work with the Sales Rep & customer on delinquent accounts o Follow through with set up for new accounts
