Double Diamond Companies, a national developer of premier golf, residential and resort communities is seeking a Paralegal to work in the Corporate office. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and 5+ years experience with knowledge of Real Estate Law and Corporate Governance. Litigation experience is a plus.

Duties include reviewing documents for foreclosures, speaking with Property Owners, working with our Mortgage Company, reviewing title searches, processing small claims with the court, and assisting in packaging loans for sale in the secondary market.
