The selected candidate will plan, organize, develop and direct the overall functions of the Nursing Services Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing long-term dare facilities, and as may directed by the Administrator, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the residents at all times. They will provide direct supervision of the Nurse Managers and Assistant Director of Nursing as well as act as the liaison between Nursing Services and the other Departments in the facility.

Qualified candidates will meet the following:
CA RN License in good standing 5 years experience in a Nursing Supervisory Role preferably in a LTC or Skilled Nursing Facility with a focus in short term rehab/skilled nursing preferred. A working knowledge of general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing and medical practices and procedures. Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing Long Term Care Facilities in CA A positive attitude toward and a desire to serve the elderly
