One of New York City’s most powerful real estate conglomerates seeks 5 + yrs hands-on and supervisory residential real estate collections experience. Must have a concentration in subsidized/stabilized tenants and Section 8. Will have a broad knowledge of accounts receivable processes (applying cash and reviewing adjustments and leases). Review tenant aged arrears reports. Respond to tenant inquiries. Track collection, non-payment and hold-over cases. Review current legal cases, track payment schedules, work closely with landlord and attorneys on legal status. Review and approve landlord-tenant bills.
