* Restaurant Assistant Managers - All Levels
* 5 day work week
* 3 day weekend every quarter


Responsibilities:
* Scheduling employees to meet labor budgets
* Manage food inventory and kitchen operations
* Bar management and portion control
* Form positive, professional relationships with restaurant staff, guests, and vendors


Qualifications:
* Minimum 2+ years experience as salaried Restaurant Manager with high bar volume
* No more than 3 jobs in 7 years
* Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring restaurant staff
* History of good tenure at past employers
* Demonstrated passion for restaurant industry
* Consistency in meeting or improving company financial goals
