Production Supervisors

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking candidates to fill Production Supervisor positions on its pm shift in Waupun, Wisconsin. The successful candidates will monitor and maintain safety, quality, and costs; supervise employee activities and performance; ensure production and packaging requirements are fulfilled; ensure proper set-up and sanitation of equipment; conduct employee training; complete required paperwork; and communicate effectively with all other departments.

The ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Food Science, or a related field and/or a minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the dairy industry; the ability to lead, influence, and inspire people; promote quality, safety, and teamwork; identify, define, and solve problems; and the ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
