Tech Support Customer Care Professional
Job Description:
Customer Care Professionals working on this program will be responsible for delivering superior customer service in all interactions which includes: assisting customers with high level tech support in regards to their computer systems, internet connection and the America Online software.
Position Duties:
• Assists customers with high level tech support. Callers will have already been through several levels of tech support. • Answers incoming customer inquiries promptly and in accordance with the established call-handling procedures • Provides concise, quality customer service in a professional, timely and courteous manner • Provides first call resolution with all customer contacts
Required Skills:
3+ years Technical Support phone skills experience • Mastered Customer Service Skills including: o Courtesy/Empathy o Diagnostic o Technical problem solving o End to end problem ownership • Microsoft Certified preferred o MCDST, MCITP, MCSE • Thorough knowledge of Operating Systems o WIN 98, XP, Vista, MAC 10.5.X • Thorough knowledge/understanding of high speed and dial-up connections o Ability to diagnose/resolve any connection related issues o Ability to diagnose operating system related errors/issues • Understanding of Technical 'ticketing systems'

SHIFTS PT - M-F 17:30-21:00 MT FT - M-F 9:00-17:30 MT PT - M-F 12:00-14:00/17:30-21:00 MT
Pay rate: $9 per hour in production. Training is paid at your state’s minimum wage.
Training: 10/12 start – 10/28 13 days 9-5pm MST training shift All hires to this program MUST train during this time as it will be the only training session for the initial ramp.
• Training will be a combination of live training in a virtual classroom and some self paced training in our E-Learning Center. CCPs will be required to pass a final exam with a minimum score. CCPs will be required to take live calls as part of a nesting phase during training.
CCPs required to purchase an USB VOIP headset prior to day 1 of training.
100% attendance at training is required, with no exceptions allowed.
Drug Screen, Background Check, Employment Verfication and Credit Check: • A successful result of a drug, background, and credit check is required for all CCPs • A successful result of a credit, background, and drug test is contingent on the job offer • Most of the cost is covered by Alpine Access however a $45 flat fee is required to be paid by the CCP, upon job offer. The $45 is payable by credit or debit card through a secure, web-based system. The $45.00 fee is non-refundable.
