Description OptumHealth Care Solutions provides personalized heath management support and services for nearly one in seven Americans that enable them to stay healthy, get healthy, or live with health conditions. Services include holistic wellness and discount programs, customized portal options, decision support, disease solutions, complex medical condition support, case and utilization management programs, and physical health programs.
The Physical Health Marketing Product Planner offices in Golden Valley, MN, and reports to the VP - Care Solutions Marketing.
The Physical Health Marketing Product Planner leads the product marketing initiatives for the Physical Health team. Major product initiatives include chiropractic network management (i.e., we work with over 23,000 chiropractors), clinical support program, physical/occupational/speech therapy (i.e., we work with over 15,000 PT/OP therapists), healthy back, workers' compensation, and complimentary/alternative medicine initiatives. She/he will be responsible for the strategic direction and tactical implementation of key marketing initiatives including positioning, advertising and communication initiatives, thought leadership efforts, event and channel coordination (with peers), performance metric setting and quantitative analysis for marketing programs. This person will build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and business constituents to broaden the success of the physical health product suite.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Current, relevant, and demonstrated career progression in a large, matrix marketing department using well rounded B2B and consumer marketing principles.
- Proven analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Immediately able to commute daily to the Golden Valley, MN office.
